But, what it does, it does well in my opinion. This is a basic editor, not a professional package - let's get that straight. Of course there's also a video editor as part of this bundle, and I'd give that an acceptable grade. Only problem I've noticed is it not detecting the ability to use Intel hardware acceleration for video capture even though it works in OBS. For the most part, those work quite well.
Movavi video suite Got this at 90% off for the screen recorder and video format converter mainly. We appreciated the simplicity of this editing software. We were able to crop the actual video to make them look more alike. We also had old video that was off center. we were able to make adjustments to level out the sound. in addition, there were some videos we combined that had differing sound volumes. The best part was the way we were able to make smooth transitions from picture to picture, or scene to scene. I am not very computer literate, but I was able to understand the tools fairly easily.
The editing controls are extremely easy to use. There are several reasons, starting with interface. Now, we have tried several different softwares to put these together, over the years, but, Movavi editor was probably the best one. At each of their graduation parties, my wife and I have put together videos and picture slide shows for display. Over the last 5 years, I have had 3 children graduate high school and move on to college.
